The staff, especially Boyan, were really good by sourcing gluten free bread for our member with allergies, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction.
The pool areas were quite crowded during peak hours, challenging to relax after a day of skiing.

the hotel was ideal and pleasant, and the staff were responsive, appreciated the absolutely perfect location really close to shops and restaurants, the outskirts of the town and the city center and the gondola. brand-new and tastefully decorated room with nice view, i had a very good stay.
Everything great.

We enjoyed the warm pools and spa, but the breakfast could have more variety and the food was often cold. Still, the views were fine, sweet as!

The heated indoor pool provides a perfect way to unwind after skiing. Unfortunately, the food options were sometimes lackluster.

Nice and helpful staff (even at the ski-storage room, which was by the way really cool with the boot-warmer), beautiful design of rooms and common areas, especially the Mehana has a great atmosphere with the wines and open fireplaces (also the food, the wines and the service were outstanding, for good value for money), our towels and sheets were changed even if not needed nor asked, breakfast table was huge and plenty of various and nice food. Room was warm (!!), even if it was -19 degrees outside at 9am. I would go back.
The only negative feeling is related to the spa, as the Hammam was out of order that week (however we had steam bath instead), and the resting area is too small for the size of the hotel and the number of people staying there (15 beds id the resting area and an other cca 15-20 places around the pool) - for some reason though we always managed to find a bed to lay down. Gym is in the same room with the pool - if someone is interested (I did not care). And it is true that no signs at all to give you directions, but you can always ask people in the street, everyone knows where the hotel is.

Everything was ok , only the underground parking was unavailable for the first 3 days on arrival. The large apartements are situated in large villas in the complex (video surveillance ) is necessary to walk to restaurant , spa and indoor swimingpool but exercise after supper is benefic. Food was more than enough and afordabale and tasty.
The restaurant Moderato was directed by a very unpolite and rigid head room , not welcoming.

Our family had a wonderful time during our short stay while exploring nearby attractions like the Holy Trinity Church and the House Museum of Nikola Vaptsarov, both just a short walk away. The best part was the dining experience. we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the food, which was truly a highlight of our trip. The cleanliness of our room with a nice balcony view added to the overall comfort of our visit. we had some noise issues, as we could easily hear sounds from the adjacent rooms, which made it a bit challenging to relax at times.

clean room, nice pool and spa, good breakfast
Pool in different building than the apartments. The apartment blocks do not have elevators so you might need to climb 3 floors every time.

We stayed in a big and very confortable double room. In the traditional Mehana restaurant you can serve good food and drink.
The hotel have big problems with the cleanliness: during our 10 days in this hotel, our bathroom's floor wasn't wash never, the sheets was change only once and after my request and the carpet of the room was very dirty. All of these are not normally in a 4*hotel.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The staff, especially in the restaurant, were attentive and were really good too accommodate dietary needs. I suggest the management address the pool's layout for a more relaxing experience for adults. Consider visiting during off-peak times for a quieter stay.
